2. Booking and Appointments

  • Customers must schedule appointments via phone or email.

  • We strive to be punctual; however, in some cases, delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Same-day service is subject to availability.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Service charges will be communicated before work begins.

  • Any parts or materials needed will be charged separately with prior customer approval.

  • Payments must be made in cash, UPI, or bank transfer upon completion of the job unless agreed otherwise.

4. Warranty

  • We offer a 30-day service warranty on repairs unless stated otherwise.

  • Any new parts installed may come with a manufacturer warranty, which will be communicated to the customer at the time of service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure someone is available at the location during the scheduled time.

  • Provide accurate information about the AC issue.

  • Clear access to the unit must be provided for the technician to perform the service safely.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ali AC Repair Goa is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing issues not related to the work we perform.

  • Damage caused by mishandling or unauthorized repairs after our service.

  • Any loss or damage arising from delays or service disruptions beyond our control.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customers must notify us at least 2 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal details such as phone number, email, and address will only be used for scheduling and service-related communication and will never be shared with third parties.
